Recognizes neutral endopeptidase, a 100kD type II transmembrane glycoprotein, which is referred as the Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA). Reacts with normal human peripheral blood granulocytes (99%) and REH cell (94%), is negative in peripheral blood lymphocytes and monocytes.
Suitable for use in direct Immunofluorescence for Flow Cytometric analysis. Flow Cytometry: 20 ul/1x1E6 cells or 100 ul peripheral blood cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
MME / CD10 is a common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen that is an important cell surface marker in the diagnosis of human acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). This protein is present on leukemic cells of pre-B phenotype, which represent 85% of cases of ALL. This protein is not restricted to leukemic cells, however, and is found on a variety of normal tissues.
