Specificity and Use
MME / CD10 antibody was raised against partially purified cell membrane antigens from fresh leukemia cells.
Recognizes the human CD10 cell surface antigen, a ~100 kD glycoprotein expressed by acute lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and by peripheral blood granulocytes. CD10 is also known as the Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia Antigen (CALLA).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
MME / CD10 is a common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen that is an important cell surface marker in the diagnosis of human acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). This protein is present on leukemic cells of pre-B phenotype, which represent 85% of cases of ALL. This protein is not restricted to leukemic cells, however, and is found on a variety of normal tissues.
