Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
MAGEB1 is a member of the MAGEB gene family. The members of this family have their entire coding sequences located in the last exon, and the encoded proteins show 50 to 68% sequence identity to each other. The promoters and first exons of the MAGEB genes show considerable variability, suggesting that the existence of this gene family enables the same function to be expressed under different transcriptional controls.
Western Blot analysis of MAGEB1 expression in transfected 293T cell line by MAGEB1 monoclonal antibody (M01), clone 2A4.Lane 1: MAGEB1 transfected lysate (Predicted MW: 39 KDa).Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate.
Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Detection limit for recombinant GST tagged MAGEB1 is approximately 1 ng/ml as a capture antibody.
