Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat Monoclonal [clone M3/84] (IgG1,k) to Mouse Mac-3
IHC - Frozen, Flow Cytometry
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal [M3/84]
IHC - Frozen
Specificity and Use
Mac-3 antibody was raised against mouse Mac-3 Antigen
The M3/84 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow and thioglycollate-elicited peritoneal exudates cell suspensions and can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
