Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Guinea pig, Horse, Rabbit
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Guinea pig, Horse, Rabbit (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Bat, Bovine (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (10 µg/ml), Western blot (1 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
LRRK1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide located between aa474-523 of human LRRK1 (Q38SD2, NP_078928). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Rabbit, Horse (100%); Elephant, Bat, Opossum (92%); Bovine (91%); Guinea pig (85%).
Lyophilized from PBS with 2% sucrose
50 µl Distilled water
Long term: -20°C, the use of 50% glycerol is recommended if storing aliquots in -20°C for long term use (up to 1 year); Short term (less than one week): +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Anti-LRRK1 antibody IHC staining of human small intestine. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B9766 concentration 10 ug/ml.
