Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
LILRA5 antibody was raised against nS0-derived rmLILRC1. (aa 17 - 248).
Recognizes mouse LILRC.1.
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml detection limit for rmLILRC1 is ~2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Lyophilized from Tris, pH 7.3, 1% BSA. Reconstitute, 1 ml sterile 40-50% glycerol, Tris, 0.1 mg/ml BSA.
LILRA5 is a member of the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) family. LIR family members are known to have activating and inibitory functions in leukocytes. Crosslink of this receptor protein on the surface of monocytes has been shown to induce calcium flux and secretion of several proinflammatory cytokines, which suggests the roles of this protein in triggering innate immune responses.
