Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

aa78-107
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3422 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3422 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.

Packaging

About Latexin / MUM

Q9BS40 NM_020169 NP_064554.3

LXN Antibody, ECI Antibody, MUM Antibody, Protein MUM Antibody, TCI Antibody, Latexin Antibody

Hardly reversible, non-competitive, and potent inhibitor of CPA1, CPA2 and CPA4. May play a role in inflammation.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Anti-LXN antibody IHC of human spleen. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3422 concentration 10 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of Latexin (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal Latexin Antibody (RB12661). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the LXN gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometric of WiDr cells using Latexin Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
