Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Applications

Flow Cytometry (1:30)

Specificity and Use

LAT2 / NTAL antibody was raised against recombinant cytoplasmic domain (aa 91-243) of human NTAL.
aa91-243
Reacts with Non-T cell activation linker (NTAL), also known as LAB (linker of activated B cells), a 25 - 30 kD transmembrane adaptor protein present in membrane microdomains (rafts) of B lymphocytes, NK cells and myeloid cells.
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution is 1:30. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Packaging

PBS, 15 mM sodium azide, 0.2% high-grade protease free BSA as a stabilizing agent.
Store at +4°C. Do not freeze. Protect from light.
For research use only.

LAT2 Antibody, HSPC046 Antibody, Non-T-cell activation linker Antibody, NTAL Antibody, LAB Antibody, WBSCR15 Antibody, WBS15 Antibody, WBSCR5 Antibody, WSCR5 Antibody

Involved in FCER1 (high affinity immunoglobulin epsilon receptor)-mediated signaling in mast cells. May also be involved in BCR (B-cell antigen receptor)-mediated signaling in B-cells and FCGR1 (high affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I)-mediated signaling in myeloid cells. Couples activation of these receptors and their associated kinases with distal intracellular events through the recruitment of GRB2.
