Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

LS-E30183 - Liquid - 50 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B581. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Internal
LAMP-2 antibody cross reacts with LAMP2B and LAMP2C, but not LAMP2A.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B581 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B581 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.

Packaging

PBS, 0.02% sodium azide.
Store at 4°C for 3 months and -20°C, stable for up to 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only.

About LAMP2 / CD107b

P13473 NM_013995 NP_054701.1

LAMP2 Antibody, CD107b Antibody, CD107b antigen Antibody, LAMPB Antibody, LGP110 Antibody, LAMP-2 Antibody

Implicated in tumor cell metastasis. May function in protection of the lysosomal membrane from autodigestion, maintenance of the acidic environment of the lysosome, adhesion when expressed on the cell surface (plasma membrane), and inter- and intracellular signal transduction. Protects cells from the toxic effects of methylating mutagens.
