Specificity
Recognizes mouse laminin. It does react with entactin (150kD) contained in EHS sarcoma extract. It does not cross-react with mouse serum components or purified fibronectin. Species cross-reactivity: Human, calf, porcine, rat, rabbit and most mammals.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:50-1:100. Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:00. Frozen and paraffin tissues (proteolytic treatment required; enzyme: pepsin). Positive control: Skin, kidney.
