KLRB1 / CD161 antibody was raised against cD161.
Recognizes the human CD161 cell surface antigen, expressed by almost all NK cells and with a small subset of CD3+ve T cells. CD161 is a homodimeric cell surface protein, comprising two chains of 40-44kD.
