Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
KIF25 Antibody, Kinesin-like 3 Antibody, Kinesin-like protein 3 Antibody, Kinesin-like protein KIF25 Antibody, Kinesin family member 25 Antibody, KNSL3 Antibody
KIF25 is a member of the kinesin-like protein family. Protein family members are microtubule-dependent molecular motors that transport organelles within cells and move chromosomes during cell division. However, the particular function of this gene product has not yet been determined. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants which encode products have been described. Other splice variants have been found that lack exon 2 and the initiation codon for translation.
Anti-KIF25 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY KIF25.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY KIF25 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-KIF25.
