Specificity and Use
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 4 ul reagent / 100 ul of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
PBS, 0.2% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
Store in the dark at 2-8 C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
Integrin alpha-V/beta-3 is a receptor for cytotactin, fibronectin, laminin, matrix metalloproteinase-2, osteopontin, osteomodulin, prothrombin, thrombospondin, vitronectin and von Willebrand factor. Integrin alpha-IIb/beta-3 is a receptor for fibronectin, fibrinogen, plasminogen, prothrombin, thrombospondin and vitronectin. Integrins alpha-IIb/beta-3 and alpha-V/beta-3 recognize the sequence R-G-D in a wide array of ligands.
