Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone ICRF44] (IgG1,k) to Human ITGAM / CD11b
PE, Cy7 Conjugated
Human ITGAM / CD11b
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal [ICRF44]
Specificity and Use
ITGAM / CD11b antibody was raised against human ITGAM
This ICRF44 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This can be used at 5 ul (1.0 ug)/per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, pH 7.2, <=0.09% sodium azide, protein stabilizer
Integrin alpha-M/beta-2 is implicated in various adhesive interactions of monocytes, macrophages and granulocytes as well as in mediating the uptake of complement-coated particles. It is identical with CR-3, the receptor for the iC3b fragment of the third complement component. It probably recognizes the R-G-D peptide in C3b. Integrin alpha-M/beta-2 is also a receptor for fibrinogen, factor X and ICAM1. It recognizes P1 and P2 peptides of fibrinogen gamma chain.
Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with PE-Cy7 Mouse IgG1, K isotype control (open histogram) or PE-Cy7 anti-human CD11b (ICRF44) (colored histogram). Cells in the monocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
