IQGAP1 antibody was raised against a Glu-Glu tagged C-terminal fragment corresponding to aa863-1657 of human IQGAP1 purified from baculovirus infected insect cells.
Recognizes human IQGAP1 at 185kD. Does not recognize IQGAP2.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitated IQGAP1 from 500 ug of a HepG2 RIPA lysate.
