Suitable as capture antibody in combination with LS-C70685 (clone B3) as detecting antibody in sandwich ELISA. Reacts strongly with influenza B infected, acetone-fixed Vero cells when diluted 1:1000. Specific binding can be visualized by immunofluorescence using a polyclonal anti-mouse Ig antibody labeled with for example fluorescein.
