Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Goat Polyclonal (IgG) to Toxoplasma gondii Inflammatory Profilin Protein
Western blot, ELISA
Toxoplasma gondii Inflammatory Profilin Protein
Toxoplasma gondii (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
Inflammatory Profilin Protein antibody was raised against e. coli-derived T. gondii Profilin.
Selected for its ability to recognize T. gondii Profilin in direct ELISAs and Western Blots.
Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect rat T. gondii Profilin. The detection limit for T. gondii Profilin is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect T. gondii Profilin. The detection limit for T. gondii Profilin is approximately 0.2 ng/well.
Lyophilized from PBS, 5% trehalose.
Reconstitute with 500ul sterile PBS
Store lyophilized at 4°C for short term only. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
