Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
IL7R / CD127 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide located between aa301-350 of human IL7R (P16871, NP_002176). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon (100%); Monkey (92%); Dog, Bat (91%); Marmoset (84%); Horse (83%).

The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: add glycerol to 40-50%, aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, and store at -20°C. Protect from light.
IL7R / CD127 is a receptor for interleukine 7 (IL7). The function of this receptor requires the interleukin 2 receptor, gamma chain (IL2RG), which is a common gamma chain shared by the receptors of various cytokines, including interleukine 2, 4, 7, 9, and 15. This protein has been shown to play a critical role in the V(D)J recombination during lymphocyte development. This protein is also found to control the accessibility of the TCR gamma locus by STAT5 and histone acetylation.
