Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat Monoclonal [clone TRFK5] (IgG1,k) to Mouse IL5
Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA
Mouse, Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal [TRFK5]
Specificity and Use
IL5 antibody was raised against semi-purified mouse T cell clone supernatant
In sandwich ELISA, pair with biotinylated TRFK4 antibody as the detection antibody, with purified recombinant mouse IL-5 as the standard. Useful in western blots in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig, under reducing conditions.
Borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added.
IL5 is a cytokine that acts as a growth and differentiation factor for both B cells and eosinophils. The encoded cytokine plays a major role in the regulation of eosinophil formation, maturation, recruitment and survival. The increased production of this cytokine may be related to pathogenesis of eosinophil-dependent inflammatory diseases.
