Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
IL31RA belongs to the type I cytokine receptor family. This receptor, with homology to gp130, is expressed on monocytes, and is involved in IL-31 signaling via activation of STAT-3 and STAT-5. It functions either as a monomer, or as part of a receptor complex with oncostatin M receptor (OSMR). Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted for this gene.
Immunoperoxidase of monoclonal antibody to IL31RA on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human spleen. [antibody concentration 3 ug/ml]
Western blot of IL31RA expression in transfected 293T cell line by IL31RA monoclonal antibody (M01), clone 3A10.
Western blot of IL31RA over-expressed 293 cell line, cotransfected with IL31RA Validated Chimera RNAi (Lane 2) or non-transfected control (Lane 1). Blot probed with IL31RA monoclonal antibody, clone 3A10. GAPDH ( 36.1 kD ) used as specificity and loading control.
