Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Western blot (1 - 2 µg/ml)
ELISA (0.5 - 2 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
IL17B antibody was raised against nS0-derived recombinant human rhIL-17B R extracellular domain.
Recognizes human IL-17B R.
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5-2 ug/mL. Western Blot:1-2 ug/ml. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
IL17B is a T cell-derived cytokine that shares sequence similarity with IL17. This cytokine was reported to stimulate the release of TNF alpha (TNF) and IL1 beta (IL1B) from a monocytic cell line. Immunohistochemical analysis of several nerve tissues indicated that this cytokine is primarily localized to neuronal cell bodies.
