Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone 4K5F6] (IgG2b,k) to Human IL17A
IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Rat Monoclonal (IgG1,k) to Mouse IL17A
Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1 - 5 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
IL17A antibody was raised against e. coli-expressed recombinant mouse IL-17.
Recognizes mouse Interleukin-17 (IL-17).
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-5 ug/ml, used in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-IgG) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-17 under.
100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
IL17A is a proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated T cells. This cytokine regulates the activities of NF-kappaB and mitogen-activated protein kinases. This cytokine can stimulate the expression of IL6 and cyclooxygenase-2 (PTGS2/COX-2), as well as enhance the production of nitric oxide (NO). High levels of this cytokine are associated with several chronic inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and multiple sclerosis.
