Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
ELISA (applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Mouse IL12B / IL12 p40

Specificity and Use
Recombinant protein derived from mouse IL-12 p75.
This antibody was selected for its ability to detect mouse IL-12 in ELISA and Array. In ELISA, this antibody shows reactivity with IL-12 p40 and p75 and no cross-reactivity with murine IL-10 and other tested proteins.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
IL12B / IL12 p40 is a subunit of interleukin 12, a cytokine that acts on T and natural killer cells, and has a broad array of biological activities. Interleukin 12 is a disulfide-linked heterodimer composed of the 40 kD cytokine receptor like subunit encoded by this gene, and a 35 kD subunit encoded by IL12A. This cytokine is expressed by activated macrophages that serve as an essential inducer of Th1 cells development.
