IGFBPL1 antibody was raised against nS0-derived recombinant rat rmIGFBP-L1.
Recognizes mouse IGFBP-L1. (aa 18-270) Cross-reactivity: rhIGFBP-L1:10% and rmIGFBP-7 less than 1%. Species sequence homology: Rat 96%, human 79%.
Suitable for use in Western blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~2 ng/lane and 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Immunohistochemistry: 10 ug/ml detects IGFBP-L1 in cryosections of E13.5 mouse brain. Tissue was fixed overnight in 4% PFA+14% picric acid in PBS at 4? C. Sections were blocked with 10% donkey serum and 0.1% Triton in 1% BSA in PBS for 45 minutes at RT. After. blocking, sections were incubated with primary antibody for 3 hours at RT followed by NorthernLights 557 donkey anti-goat lgG at RT for 1 hour. Between each step, sections were. washed with 0.1% BSA in PBS. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~0.5 ng/well.
