Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

IDO1 / IDO antibody was raised against recombinant IDO
Human IDO1 / IDO
For Western blotting, immunohistology and flow cytometry dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:50. For flow cytometry, it is recommended that the polyclonal antibody is used in combination with fixing and permeabilization.

About IDO1 / IDO

IDO1 Antibody, IDO Antibody, Indole 2,3-dioxygenase Antibody, Indolamine 2,3 dioxygenase Antibody, IDO-1 Antibody, INDO Antibody, Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase Antibody, Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 Antibody

IDO1 / IDO is indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) - a heme enzyme that catalyzes the first and rate-limiting step in tryptophan catabolism to N-formyl-kynurenine. This enzyme acts on multiple tryptophan substrates including D-tryptophan, L-tryptophan, 5-hydroxy-tryptophan, tryptamine, and serotonin. This enzyme is thought to play a role in a variety of pathophysiological processes such as antimicrobial and antitumor defense, neuropathology, immunoregulation, and antioxidant activity.
