Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
ICAM2 / CD102 antibody was raised against transfected COS cells expressing ICAM-2 cDNA.
Recognizes human CD102, also known as intercellular adhesion molecule-2 (ICAM-2). This clone is reported to inhibit interactions between CD102 and LFA-1.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% Sodium Azide, 1% BSA
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
ICAM2 / CD102 is a member of the intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM) family. All ICAM proteins are type I transmembrane glycoproteins, contain 2-9 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains, and bind to the leukocyte adhesion LFA-1 protein. This protein may play a role in lymphocyte recirculation by blocking LFA-1-dependent cell adhesion.
