Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse, rat, bovine, C. elegans, beluga, canine, chicken, Drosophila, fish (carp, Chinook/chum salmon, rainbow trout), guinea pig, hamster, monkey, porcine, plant (cucumber/pea), rabbit, sheep, Xenopus.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immuno-electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml was sufficient for colorimetric detection of Hsp/Hsc70 in 20 ug of heat shocked HeLa lysate using goat anti-mouse IgG: HRP as the secondary antibody. Positive control: BT474 or HeLa cells, breast carcinoma.
