Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
HPCAL1 Antibody, Calcium-binding protein BDR-1 Antibody, Hippocalcin-like 1 Antibody, Hippocalcin-like protein 1 Antibody, VILIP-3 Antibody, BDR1 Antibody, HLP2 Antibody, Visinin-like protein 3 Antibody
HPCAL1 / Hippocalcin-Like 1 is a member of neuron-specific calcium-binding proteins family found in the retina and brain. It is highly similar to human hippocalcin protein and nearly identical to the rat and mouse hippocalcin like-1 proteins. It may be involved in the calcium-dependent regulation of rhodopsin phosphorylation and may be of relevance for neuronal signalling in the central nervous system.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma
Western blot of VILIP3 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal VILIP3 Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the VILIP3 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
The anti-VILIP3 antibody is used in Western blot to detect VILIP3 in mouse cerebellum tissue lysate.
