Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
HOXA9 Antibody, ABD-B Antibody, Homeobox protein Hox-A9 Antibody, HOX1.7 Antibody, Homeo box A9 Antibody, Homeobox A9 Antibody, HOX1 Antibody, HOX1G Antibody, Homeobox protein Hox-1G Antibody, Homeodomain protein HOXA9 Antibody
In vertebrates, the genes encoding the class of transcription factors called homeobox genes are found in clusters named A, B, C, and D on four separate chromosomes. Expression of these proteins is spatially and temporally regulated during embryonic development. This gene is part of the A cluster on chromosome 7 and encodes a DNA-binding transcription factor which may regulate gene expression, morphogenesis, and differentiation.
Western blot of HOXA9 in human kidney lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide using LS-C148596 at 1 ug/ml. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody, and PicoTect ECL substrate solution, were used for this test.
