Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
HOXA10 Antibody, Homeo box A10 Antibody, Homeobox protein Hox-A10 Antibody, Homeobox protein Hox-1.8 Antibody, Homeobox protein HOXA10 Antibody, Homeobox protein 1H Antibody, Homeobox protein Hox-1H Antibody, HOX1 Antibody, HOX1H Antibody, Homeobox A10 Antibody, HOX1.8 Antibody
In vertebrates, the genes encoding the class of transcription factors called homeobox genes are found in clusters named A, B, C, and D on four separate chromosomes. Expression of these proteins is spatially and temporally regulated during embryonic development. This gene is part of the A cluster on chromosome 7 and encodes a DNA-binding transcription factor that may regulate gene expression, morphogenesis, and differentiation.
Confocal immunofluorescence of HOXA10 Antibody with HepG2 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
HOXA10 Antibody western blot of WiDr,HepG2 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The HOXA10 antibody detected the HOXA10 protein (arrow).
Western blot of lysate from T47D cell line, using HOXA10 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20ug.
