Specificity and Use

HLA-DR11 antibody was raised against human HLA Class 2 Antigen-DR11.
Recognizes HLA Class 2 Antigen-DR11. Specificity was determined at a 1:10 dilution by the Microcytotoxicity test under standard NIH conditions.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Cell Typing, Tissue Staining, and Chimerism Studies. Cytotoxicity: Add 0.9 ml of 1% BSA in PBS to 100 ul of10X working dilution.


Lyophilized from PBS, 1% BSA
