Purified human tonsil lymphocyte membranes.
Specificity
Recognizes an antigenic determinant shared among products of the HLA A, B and C loci. Recognizes a conformational epitope, reacting with HLA class I alpha3 and alpha2 domains. Recognizes virtually all nucleated human cells. Species cross-reactivity: Rhesus macaque, bovine, feline, Cynomolgus monkey and baboon.

- Flow Cytometry (1:1 - 1:5)
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:5. Use 20 ul to label 1E6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
