Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat, Avian, Mammal (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC (1:50 - 1:200)
Western blot (1:500 - 1:2000)
Specificity and Use
GST fusion-protein corresponding to the non-histone region of rat Histone macroH2A1.2 (residues 160-370).
Recognizes rat Histone macro H2A1.2 at 43kD and to a lesser extent macroH2A1.1. Does not cross-react with macro H2A2. Species cross-reactivity: mammals and birds.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: A 1:50-1:200 stains hepatocyte nuclei from female mouse liver.
0.05% sodium azide, 30% glycerol.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
