Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Hirudin antibody was raised against recombinant hirudin (rHV2) produced in S. cerevisiae and coupled to Diphtheria toxoid.
Recognizes Hirudin. This antibody's affinity (Kd) for rHV2K47 is (4.5x10E-7) M. Suitable for affinity purification of hirudin forms with intact C-terminals. The epitope is located at the C-terminal part of hirudin. It differs from that of clones 6F128 and 6F129 as determined by sandwich ELISA. In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE, this antibody reacts with hirudin in both reduced and unreduced forms. Binding this antibody to hirudin does not inhibit the interaction with a-thrombin.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. ELISA: 1:2000.
PBS, pH 7.4, 15 mM sodium azide.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
