Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
HFE2 Antibody, Haemojuvelin Antibody, HFE2A Antibody, HJV Antibody, Hemochromatosis type 2 protein Antibody, Repulsive guidance molecule c Antibody, RGM domain family member C Antibody, Hemojuvelin Antibody, JH Antibody, RGMC Antibody
HFE2 / Hemojuvelin is involved in iron metabolism. It may be a component of the signaling pathway which activates hepcidin or it may act as a modulator of hepcidin expression. It could also represent the cellular receptor for hepcidin. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene. Defects in this gene are the cause of hemochromatosis type 2A, also called juvenile hemochromatosis (JH).
HFE2 Antibody IHC of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded skeletal muscle followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Western blot of lysates from human skeletal muscle and heart tissue lysates (from left to right), using HFE2 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
