Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
GRIPAP1 Antibody, GRIP1 associated protein 1 Antibody, KIAA1167 Antibody, GRASP1 Antibody, MPMGp800B12492Q3 Antibody, GRASP-1 Antibody, GRIP1-associated protein 1 Antibody
GRIPAP1 / GRASP1 encodes a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for the Ras family of small G proteins (RasGEF). The encoded protein interacts in a complex with glutamate receptor interacting protein 1 (GRIP1) and plays a role in the regulation of AMPA receptor function.
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Kidney tissue using anti-GRIPAP1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
Anti-GRIPAP1 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY GRIPAP1.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY GRIPAP1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-GRIPAP1.
HEK293T cells transfected with either pCMV6-ENTRY GRIPAP1 (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained with anti-GRIPAP1 mouse monoclonal, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
