  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

GPS1 / CSN1 antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide, representing a portion of human COP9 signalosome complex subunit 1 encoded within exons 13 and 14 (LocusLink ID 2873).
Specific for human CSN1. 100% homology with mouse sequence for immunizing peptide.
Suitable for use in Western Blot.

GPS1 Antibody, COPS1 Antibody, CSN1 Antibody, G protein pathway suppressor 1 Antibody, GPS-1 Antibody, SGN1 Antibody, Signalosome subunit 1 Antibody, Protein MFH Antibody

Essential component of the COP9 signalosome complex (CSN), a complex involved in various cellular and developmental processes. The CSN complex is an essential regulator of the ubiquitin (Ubl) conjugation pathway by mediating the deneddylation of the cullin subunits of SCF-type E3 ligase complexes, leading to decrease the Ubl ligase activity of SCF-type complexes such as SCF, CSA or DDB2.
