Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About GPAA1

O43292 NM_003801 NP_003792.1

GPAA1 Antibody, GAA1 protein homolog Antibody, GPI transamidase subunit Antibody, GAA1 Antibody, HGAA1 Antibody

Posttranslational glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor attachment serves as a general mechanism for linking proteins to the cell surface membrane. The protein encoded by this gene presumably functions in GPI anchoring at the GPI transfer step. The mRNA transcript is ubiquitously expressed in both fetal and adult tissues.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
GPAA1 antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Western blot

Western blot
GPAA1 Antibody western blot of U251 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The GPAA1 antibody detected the GPAA1 protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
GPAA1 Antibody flow cytometry of U251 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
