Glucose Oxidase [Aspergillus niger].

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-sheep serum, purified and partially purified Glucose Oxidase [Aspergillus niger]. Cross reactivity against Glucose Oxidase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoprecipitation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Glucose Oxidase [Aspergillus niger] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti- Sheep IgG [H&L] (Sheep) catalog no. LS-C60884 and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl

Reconstitute in 2 mL of deionized water.
