Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
GGT1 / GGT antibody was raised against purified human kidney GGT. Cellular Localization: Cell membrane. MW of Antigen: 90kD.
Recognizes human Glutamyl Transferase, gamma. Does not react with porcine and bovine.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. Positive control: CaKi renal tumor cells. Renal cell carcinoma or kidney. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, pH 7.4.
+4°C or -20°C, Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Cleaves the gamma-glutamyl bond of extracellular glutathione (gamma-Glu-Cys-Gly), glutathione conjugates, and other gamma-glutamyl compounds. The metabolism of glutathione releases free glutamate and the dipeptide, cysteinyl-glycine, which is hydrolyzed to cysteine and glycine by dipeptidases.
