Specificity
Recognizes human non-sulfated and sulfated forms of gastrin-17 as well as gastrin-34. Cross-reacts with cholecystokinin octapeptide. It labels gastrin or gastrin-analogue producing cells in gastrin-secreting tumors and G cell hyperplasia. Species cross-reactivity: rat.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:50-1:100 for 30 min at RT. No special pretreatment is required for the immunohistochemical staining of formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive control: Stomach.
