Homogenized fibrin clot.
Specificity
Recognizes human D-dimer and shows low cross-reactivity with fibrinogen (D-monomer). Can be used as the detection antibody in matched pair ELISA in conjunction with the antibody clone DD1, for the detection of D-dimer in human plasma. Plasma samples must be diluted with 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH7.5, containing 1 M NaCl (final concentration in sample >0.5 M) and 0.1% Tween 20.

Usage
ELISA: This product may be used in a direct ELISA or as a detection reagent in a sandwich ELISA together with clone DD1 (product code LS-C58035), for the detection of D-dimer in human plasma. Plasma samples must be diluted with 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH7.5, containing 1 M NaCl (final concentration in sample >0.5 M) and 0.1% Tween 20.

Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
