Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About FGFR3

P22607 NM_000142 NP_000133.1

FGFR3 Antibody, CD333 Antibody, CD333 antigen Antibody, ACH Antibody, FGF receptor 3 Antibody, HSFGFR3EX Antibody, Hydroxyaryl-protein kinase Antibody, JTK4 Antibody, FGFR-3 Antibody, CEK2 Antibody, Tyrosine kinase JTK4 Antibody

Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as cell-surface receptor for fibroblast growth factors and plays an essential role in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Plays an essential role in the regulation of chondrocyte differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis, and is required for normal skeleton development. Regulates both osteogenesis and postnatal bone mineralization by osteoblasts.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
FGF R3 in Human Bladder Cancer Tissue. FGF R3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human bladder cancer tissue using Mouse Anti-Human FGF R3 Monoclonal Antibody at 25 ug/ml overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to smooth muscle cells.

Immunocytochemistry

Immunocytochemistry
FGF R3 in U937 Human Cell Line. FGF R3 was detected in immersion fixed U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human FGF R3 (IIIc) Monoclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell surfaces and cytoplasm.
