FGFR1 / FGF Receptor 1 antibody was raised against bovine FGF Receptor 1 ( g) Purified from Coronary Venular Endothelial Cells (CVEC).
Recognizes bovine Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) Receptor-1 and bovine FGFr. Weakly reacts with FGFR-3. Species cross-reactivity: human, chicken, rat, mouse and guinea pig.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5 ug/IP reaction. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen or Paraffin): 5-10 ug/ml. Western Blot: ~2 ug/ml. Detects bands at ~110kD and 120kD.
