FGFR1 / FGF Receptor 1 antibody was raised against e. coli fusion protein containing aa23-325 of human FGF receptor beta (Flg).
Recognizes the extracellular domain for both alpha and beta human FGF receptor. Species cross-reactivity: Rat.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Not suitable for use in Neutralization. Western Blot: 2-5 ug/ml detects recombinant human FGF receptor (Flg) in 20 ul of Sf9 cell lysate. Immunoprecipitation: This antibody has been reported to immunoprecipitate the FGF receptor. Will not block receptor binding.
