Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Using plates coated with 100 ul/well of the capture antibody at 1-2 ug/ml with 100 ul/well of the detection antibody at 200-400 ng/ml. ELISA sample volumes of 100 ul with a range of 93.8-6000pg/ml can be obtained. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
