Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5 ug/ml Detect hFasL by direct ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution). Allows the detection of 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hFasL. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml Detection limit for recombinant hFasL is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
