Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About FABP3 / H-FABP

P05413 NM_004102 NP_004093.1

FABP3 Antibody, H-FABP Antibody, Fatty acid-binding protein 3 Antibody, M-FABP Antibody, MDGI Antibody, O-FABP Antibody, FABP11 Antibody, Fatty acid binding protein 11 Antibody

The intracellular fatty acid-binding proteins (FABPs) belongs to a multigene family. FABPs are divided into at least three distinct types, namely the hepatic-, intestinal- and cardiac-type. They form 14-15 kDa proteins and are thought to participate in the uptake, intracellular metabolism and/or transport of long-chain fatty acids. They may also be responsible in the modulation of cell growth and proliferation.

Western blot

Western blot
Western Blot analysis of FABP3 expression in transfected 293T cell line by FABP3 monoclonal antibody (M01), clone 4F6-1D6.Lane 1: FABP3 transfected lysate(14.9 KDa).Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate.

Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay

Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Detection limit for recombinant GST tagged FABP3 is approximately 0.1 ng/ml as a capture antibody.

RNA interference

RNA interference
Western blot analysis of FABP3 over-expressed 293 cell line, cotransfected with FABP3 Validated Chimera RNAi (Lane 2) or non-transfected control (Lane 1). Blot probed with FABP3 monoclonal antibody (M01), clone 4F6-1D6 . GAPDH ( 36.1 kDa ) used as specificity and loading control.
