F Actin antibody LS-B12669 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to F Actin (N-Terminus) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for ELISA, Flow, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Specificity
Recognizes human Filamentous Actin. Binds to the N-terminal region of actin, but not to the extreme N-terminal 40 amino acids. In tissue sections the antibody stains the cytoplasm of macrophages strongly and gives granular, localized nuclear staining of all cell types. Species cross-reactivity: Rabbit.
