Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
ERO1L Antibody, ERO1-like (S. cerevisiae) Antibody, ERO1 (S. cerevisiae)-like Antibody, ERO1A Antibody, ERO1-alpha Antibody, ERO1-L-alpha Antibody, ERO1-like protein alpha Antibody, Oxidoreductin-1-L-alpha Antibody, ERO1-L Antibody
Oxidoreductase involved in disulfide bond formation in the endoplasmic reticulum. Efficiently reoxidizes P4HB/PDI, the enzyme catalyzing protein disulfide formation, in order to allow P4HB to sustain additional rounds of disulfide formation. Following P4HB reoxidation, passes its electrons to molecular oxygen via FAD, leading to the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the cell. Required for the proper folding of immunoglobulins.
ERO1L Antibody - Detection of ERO1L in Hela cells. This image was taken for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested.
Detection of ERO1 alpha in an endogenous 293T cell lysate. This image was taken for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested.
